First let's remember how to create a new file. To do this, we will have to access the 'Catalogue of procedures' on our website.

If you need more information to access it, consult the FAQ How can I access the administration of the Catalog of Procedures?

Once here, scroll down to the end of the list of procedures, until you find the 'Create a new procedure in the catalog' button:

On this screen, fill in the data corresponding to the new procedure and when you have it, click on 'Publish':

Once published, it will appear in the list of procedures we had:

And if you access the detail, you can customize it and remove it:

Finally, you just need to link to this new tab in a form. To link the newly created form to a sheet, we will have to go to the sheet editing screen and scroll down until we find the following options:

In this section, two modifications must be made:

  • Uncheck the box "It's e-TRAM 2.0".
  • Paste the link of the form in the "Link to own form" box.

The fact that “It is eTR-AM 2.0” must be unchecked is so that the service interprets that you are not trying to link a form from the ones we offer by default (generic), but that you want to link one of your own.
Example of how to act:

And how can I get the link?
You can get the link to your own form from the list of forms once you've created it. If you click on 'Procedure link' it will be copied directly:
