Yes, it is possible through a simple exporter and importer that has been created in the module, which allows you to export and save it, to import and modify some of its characteristics. You can also share it with another organization.
First you need to export the selected procedure (only your own procedures can be exported). To do this, in the main forms menu you will find a button for this purpose under “actions”.

Clicking the button will download a zip file:

Once we have the zip, it can be saved and later imported by the same organization (to make a different one, but based on the first one), or from another organization that imports it to “take advantage of it”. Just click on 'New form' and, instead of filling in the data, click on the 'Import a form' button:

In the modal that will open, select the ZIP that we have downloaded and click on 'Load form':

Once loaded, we will have to adjust the different fields, such as the unique identifier or the procedure code, since we may already have a procedure with the values that have been imported:

Once we have the form adjusted, click on 'Create' and the form will be added to the list of forms for our entity:
