Within the edition of a procedure, at the bottom are the options to select both the paper form and "Documents associated with the procedure".
If you press "Select" a window will appear to choose the document to associate, but at the top of it, the "Add" option is displayed.
At this point the option "Basic document" is chosen and then the options to add the document will be shown. Click on the "Browse..." button in the "File" section to import it from our computer to the portal and once selected, press "Choose" (right side). Here's how to upload the file:
To confirm the file, click on " Publish " and it will be available for you to choose from the list of documents.
