To create a personalized form in e-TRAM, you must first request the AOC Consortium to enable the functionality, through thee-TRAM support form indicating in the subject "e-TRAM Activation of the own procedures module".
Once the own forms module has been activated, you can access it from the forms management environment at https://seu-e.cat/tramits/admin , navigating to the list of available forms and clicking on the "New form" button » .

The creation of the form will allow us to design the entire specific "business" section of the form, that is to say, the specific part that affects our procedure, but we will not need to design common aspects such as the representation, the notices, or the scope global document attachment..., because they are common screens in any processing.
If we look at the previous image, we will first find a button for "Import an existing form" (this button allows you to load a pre-existing form model, but we will deal with this later), and three main sections (in yellow) that will allow us to create a new form:
