To create a personalized form in e-TRAM, you must first request the AOC Consortium to enable the functionality, through thee-TRAM support form, indicating in the subject line "e-TRAM Activation of the own procedures module"
Once the own forms module has been activated, you can access it from the forms management environment at https://seu-e.cat/tramits/admin , navigating to the list of available forms and clicking on the "New form" button.

Entering “New Form” displays the following image:

Creating the form will allow us to design the entire specific "business" section of the form, that is, the specific part that affects our procedure, but we will not need to design common aspects such as representation, notices, or the global scope of document attachments..., because these are common screens in any procedure.
If we look at the previous image, we will first find a button to “Import an existing form” (this button allows us to load a pre-existing form model, but we will discuss this later), and three main sections (in yellow) that will allow us to create a new form:
