Within the editing of a procedure, at the bottom are the options to select both the paper form and “Documents associated with the procedure”.

If you click on “Select”, a window will appear to choose the document to associate, but at the top the “Add” option is displayed.

At this point, choose the “Basic Document” option and then the options to add the document will be displayed. Click on the “Browse...” button in the “File” section to import it from your computer to the portal and once selected, click on “Choose” (right side). Here’s how to upload the file:

To confirm the file, press Publish and it will appear available for selection in the list of documents.
