To create your own procedure, access the “Catalog of procedures” and click the “ Create a new procedure in the catalog ” button.
A form will open to fill in the details of the new procedure.
When you create this procedure, you can associate it with an existing procedure from the e-TRAM 2.0 service (normally the model used is the Generic Instance), but also with your own form, or from another administration, for example, with procedures from tax management bodies offered by provincial governments.
Documents related to the procedure can also be attached.
