As of March 2023, the catalog of version 2.0 of e-TRAM includes around fifty procedures .

Mostly, these are procedures that already existed in the previous version of e-TRAM 1.0, and in all of them the information has been greatly improved in terms of the descriptive sheet of the procedure (where the information fields have been expanded and the associated information significantly updated), as well as in the forms (adapting them to the latest regulations, or even expanding their content).

With the procedures currently available in e-TRAM 2.0, more than 95% of the effective procedures carried out with the previous version are covered . We will continue working to improve the catalog (both in volume and quality), within a process of continuous improvement both to adapt more procedures, but also to create new ones according to the needs detected and that can be deployed generally to user organizations.

Furthermore, it should be noted that version 2.0 has greater self-management capacity, and specifically you will be able to create your own procedures in the procedures catalog (with your specific description, and publishing your own attached documents).

In these own procedures you will be able to associate any electronic processing form through a link, for example to a procedure of the Generalitat de Catalunya, of the tax management bodies, of the regional council... But you will also be able to associate a specific processing form of the same e-TRAM 2.0 (normally the generic instance), an aspect that with the same solution allows you to open the range of processing to any area of action, where you can create a specific file, and facilitate processing with a generic instance.

An example:

Your City Council has e-TRAM 2.0 as a processing solution, and wants to promote a new specific procedure for municipal entities to justify subsidies. Steps:

  • The e-TRAM 2.0 editor creates its own procedure in the catalog: Justification of subsidies for entities 2023 .
  • Enter the editing environment and complete the information in the different fields (file).
  • You have specific justification models that the Secretariat has sent you. They are published on the procedure sheet as documentation to download, complete and attach in the electronic procedure.
  • The editor links to the newly created procedure the electronic procedure e-TRAM2.0 of generic instance.
  • To further publicize it, the publisher places the procedure as "featured" in the procedure catalog.

With all this information, the process is now ready for entities, who will be able to obtain information, download attachments and process electronically through the generic instance. They can even indicate the concept in their “brief description” section: subsidies to entities 2023.
