When you access the entity administration, a list of all the entities in which you have permissions is displayed. To manage the forms of an entity, you must click on “Manage forms” of the entity to modify its forms.
Once you have accessed this option, a list will appear with all the entity's available e-Tram 2.0 forms.
On this page you can perform the following actions for each of the forms:
- Activate / Deactivate: activates or deactivates a procedure, when a procedure is Deactivated / Inactive it is not accessible to anyone.
- Lower / Raise level: changes the authentication level.
- Level 1: Authentication is not required with VÀLid.
- Level 2: Authentication required with VÀLid.
- AOC/OWN: you can see if the form is generic (that is, offered by AOC globally for any entity), or created by the organization (and, therefore, being an OWN procedure). Using the own procedures module requires specific activation. More information in How to create your own form?
- Links (
)
- Procedure link: copies the link to the procedure for that entity to the clipboard.
- Form download link: copy the link to download the procedure (docx) for that entity to the clipboard.
- Edit (
): Displays the edit page for a procedure
To change the visibility of a specific procedure, you can do so through the list using the “ Activate / Deactivate ” option, which will be active if it is green and in red, Deactivated.
To modify the authentication for a procedure, you can do so from the list of available forms with the option “Lower / Raise level” which will have one option or another depending on the current level. For example, if it is at level “ 1 – No authentication ”, the available action will be Raise.
When the authentication level of a procedure is modified, acceptance of the change will always be requested.
It is also possible to make the different changes by going to the edit page of a procedure using the “ Edit ” button, which allows you to perform different actions.
To change the visibility of a procedure on the editing page, go to the “Active?” section located under Description and click on Activate if it is inactive (a red arrow is displayed) or Deactivate if it is active (with a green tick).
To modify the authentication level, you must go to the following section of “Authentication level” on the edit page for a procedure and select the desired level from the list.
Finally, you will need to save the changes using the “Save” button located at the bottom left of the form editing page.
How can I know the origin of the procedure? Origin AOC or origin of the own procedure
In the event that your organization has created its own procedure , with its own associated form, a new “ORIGIN” section appears as a new feature where you can see if the procedure is “OWN” or originated from “AOC”. You can also filter by the origin of the procedures. This is an improvement incorporated to adapt the platform to the offer of its own procedures.
