Sometimes we have an active processing sheet but the processing form is disabled. This fact has a direct impact on citizens who at the time of processing ("start" button in the public environment):

And it generates an error screen for citizens in the processing environment:

This happens because the procedures are not correctly associated with the processing forms, and the file is visible but the associated processing form is not. So we need to adjust it.

To do this, you must first check that the e-TRAM 2.0 procedures are correctly connected to your form, we will access the procedure sheet and check the " Processing form " section.

In the previous image, a green message appears because the form is correctly associated. In the event that it was not correct, the message would be in red, and in order to solve it, it will be necessary to associate it with your form.
