On March 15, 2023, a corrective deployment and improvements to the e-TRAM 2.0 service was carried out. Below we indicate the most noteworthy elements:

Citizenship field
  • Expansion of the capacity of attached files in processing

This version has gone from a maximum of 10 attachments of 10MB to up to 20 attachments of up to 50MB each.

  • Improved language translator functionality

Due to some changes to the "Google" API recently, the translation of procedure sheets and forms was causing problems. Through this action they have been resolved.

  • Incorporation of limits on the size of "Brief description" and "I request and expose" of the Generic Instance

Adjustments have been made to the characters allowed in the "Brief description" and "I request and expose" of the generic instance procedure, moving to 200 characters in the "brief description" and 6,000 characters in "I request and expose" (always requiring a minimum of 3 characters).

  • Corrections to the "Change of ownership of activities" procedure

A correction has been developed that facilitates the processing, but above all the view that is taken in the receipt of the procedure of the information that has been indicated in the processing, where the data of both the previous holder and the new holder

  • Improvements to procedures with representation

From now on and in the procedures that are carried out with a representative's certificate, the details of the used certificate of representation are indicated on the receipt.

At the same time, work is being done to advance the use of the Representa in the procedures to be able to activate it shortly for types A and B (currently in piloting work).

  • Improvements to procedures without authentication:

By default from the AOC and for all procedures we leave the authentication and signature of the procedure active for you using the Válid solution, which includes simple tools for citizens such as IdCat Mobil or Cl@ve. In practice, we understand that these solutions greatly facilitate both authentication and signature, and comply with established security and evidence retention terms. It is also worth saying that, in addition to being very easy to use, they are the best alternative for compliance with the administrative procedure (law 39/15).

Now, e-TRAM 2.0 allows us not to use this authentication and signature system and move to a weaker authentication, where citizens have to leave their data. In this case, and especially in the case of complaints and suggestions, corrections have been applied to facilitate processing, and it is allowed to indicate a representation.

  • Improvements to the complaints and suggestions process

Now, and as in the rest of the procedures, a summary screen has been added to the complaint and suggestions prior to sending the procedure. This fact requires citizens to make one more "click", but it allows modifications and the display of the details of the associated data protection information.

At the same time, and as will be indicated later, it is possible to remove the thematic classifications of complaints and suggestions (from the editing environment) from the citizen section.

Editing scope (public workers)
  • Improvement of the quality of the data that is sent (integration with MUX 3.0 and DESA'L)

e-TRAM 2.0 has been integrated with the new MUX (MUX3) and a new document repository (DESAL), which brings the following improvements:

  • Faster and more effective processing (with less risk of errors)
  • Improve the quality of data sent by MUX with more metadata, which you will be able to use in the future (when you have integration to the new MUX in your registry).
  • Greater control of attachments and allowed names, with prior antivirus control.
  • Expansion of the capacity of attached files (going to a maximum of 20 files to be attached of up to 50MB each).

It is worth noting that in addition, the option to consult the entries in e-TRAM 2.0 (both in the main and secondary registers), and to manually download all the attached documentation, is still available in EACAT (registry).

  • Possibility to hide the classifiers in the Complaints and Suggestions procedure.

Now, and from the administration of the procedure, you can indicate that you do NOT want to use the procedure classifiers that are offered by default. And what are the following:

This is a fact that organizations other than city councils had requested.

How can it be done? You only need to uncheck the option in the editing environment of the form and it will no longer appear on the classification screens in the citizenship environment.

  • New "Sync with e-TRAM" button

This new button, available in the forms management environment, automatically synchronizes tabs and forms, making forms visible based on which tabs are already visible.

The button allows you to "activate" all those forms that have a file in the agency's catalog of procedures. Those who do not have a file will have the inactive form.

  • Order to procedures

The ability to order the procedures of the catalog has been improved because from a high volume it generated conflicts. It is now feasible to order them all.
