The e-TRAM 2.0 is already a reality in the territory and offers a set of improved processing functionalities:
Environment of citizenship
- Simplicity and speed for citizens (Mobile first and responsive).
- Improvements in accessibility and usability: faster, more practical and with an improved citizen folder (inter-administrative)
- It guarantees compliance with Law 39/2015
Environment of public workers
- Self-management of the files in the catalog of procedures (which allows you to create your own catalog for each body).
- Improvement in security management (with management of service editor users from EACAT).
- Elimination of the e-TRAM 1.0 management back-office: everything arrives and starts from the entry register of each entity, and communications to citizens will have to be based on administrative acts (communications or electronic notifications).
The e-TRAM 2.0 is new and is built on the technological architecture of the AOC Consortium, an aspect that facilitates the deployment of fixes and new developments as much as possible, while increasing security and minimizing service interruptions.
