Draft procedures are those procedure files that for some reason do not have the complete content and must be edited again later. Therefore, all those files that have been saved as “DRAFT” will be displayed in the procedure catalog with a specific label.

It is important to remember that to remove the DRAFT status from a procedure, you will need to edit the file and Publish it with the “PUBLISH” button.

Therefore, with this functionality, you can work on and save as a "draft" the procedures that you have pending validation, and publish them once they are defined. Remember that you will then need to associate a processing form.
