Currently e-TRAM 2.0 DOES NOT allow you to create your own forms , but as stated in the FAQ “ I don't have all the procedures I had in the previous e-TRAM in the new version (e-TRAM 2.0). What can I do? ” you can create your own procedure (at file level) and link in processing an existing form (usually a generic instance) where you can attach personalized documentation.

Now, work is being done to facilitate a new functionality that will allow one to "clone" a generic instance, and make a new procedure by varying its name and some internal tags of its content, making it so that in practice act as a procedure of its own.

Thus, in a simple way, it will be possible to customize "proper" procedures originating from a generic instance, but for practical purposes they will be able to have their own procedure sheet and form with a different name.

In practice, it will also allow the fields to be customized (in a very simple and basic way), but enhancing "proper" procedures with a specific model that, at the level of subject matter in the register, can differentiate itself from the generic Instance and facilitate that enter different specific areas depending on the selected procedure name, such as for example:

  • Subsidies to entities
  • Transport voucher request
  • Kindergarten allowances
  • Collection of pruning and gardening remains
  • Etc.

This registration entry with a detailed matter and differentiated from the generic instance, can be very interesting at the same time as facilitating the diligence of registration tasks and the initiation of files.

Work status:

We are currently in the development phase of this new evolution , where we are even evaluating whether we can provide it with more capabilities (adding personalized sections, adding attachments...), without altering the operation of the processing, the generation of receipts or the automatic generation of the download of the document (docx) for face-to-face presentation.

Calendar:

It is planned to have a pilot at the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, in order, once verified, to be able to offer the evolutionary during the first quarter of 2024.
